Tender description

The Parental Integrity Unit comprises mainly of 8 No. classrooms, a large Assembly Room (now divided into two classrooms), Teachers’ Room, kitchenette and toilet areas. A boiler house and oil tank are located remotely (approx. 2m) from the main building. A two-classroom extension with associated toilets and an office was added on in the late 70s/early 80s. The Contractor should note that the PIU building is a protected structure. The remedial works that require to be carried out at the above school consist of the upgrade works to the Fire Alam and Emergency Lighting Installations, including the associated Builders Attendances, etc.
