Provision of Infrastructure Cost Management Support Services for Projects Funded by the National Transport Authority

Tender description

Provision of cost estimation and related services to the Authority in relation to transport projects spanning from cycling and walking schemes to larger scale rail projects. The following section provides further information on the types of services that the Authority is likely to require under the Contract. The services required under the contract relate to the following items; (i) Review, update and develop cost estimating procedures; (ii) Preparation of detailed cost estimates and related items; (iii) Value engineering; (iv) Risk management; (v) Peer review of work by others Further details on the requirements can be found in the RFT documentation. The expected duration of this contract is three (3) years with the option to extend for a further one (1) year at the Authority's discretion. The maximum contract value is €3,500,000
