Tender description

Army Commercial are looking to procure a nursery provision and childcare support for military personnel at Kinloss Barracks for a period of 3 core years with the option to extend by an additional 2 x 1-year periods.  Kinloss Barracks is situated in Moray, North-East Scotland and comprises of Military Personnel, MOD Civil Servants and MOD Contractors.    Nursery provision and out of school childcare, to include holiday offering is required for 0-11 years to support the military workforce. With surplus capacity being made available to the local community.  The contract will operate in addition to a licence to occupy the childcare building which will be managed by Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO).
