Tender description

The existing dwelling requires both internal and external works including replacing existing doors and floors, demolition and construction of internal walls, refurbishment of existing WCs, construction of access ramps, mechanical and electrical works, construction of sensory garden and enclosed play area complete with boundary fences to include all associated works. All works must comply with Part B and Part M of the Technical Guidance Documents.
