Tender description
Review and update of our existing organisational design, within an agreed timeframe, that ensures alignment with the NCSE's strategic objectives, and gives consideration to our recent organisational expansion and ongoing transformation programme 2023-2026. The NCSE wishes to fully review in two phases our Phase 1: ‘as is’ and develop our Phase 2: ‘to be’ capabilities, in anticipation of the introduction of new special education support services.
