***PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE*** *** This is not a call for tender. The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) is preparing to launch a procurement exercise for a new Major Civil Engineering Works Framework (works with an estimated value above £5million). Prior to initiating the procurement, DfI is seeking to engage with the market at this early stage to help shape the scope, structure, and approach of the new Framework. The Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire can be accessed within the CfT Documents area. The questionnaire will be used to assist in gaining a better understanding of the feasibility of the requirements, the most appropriate procurement and operational approach, the capacity of the market to deliver the requirements and an opportunity for the market to highlight any possible risks or issues that may not have previously been considered. Any submission received in response to this exercise will not constitute any contractual agreement between the respondent or DfI. 1.
