Tender description

The replacement of all the slate roofs and flat roofs as well as the replacement of gutters and down pipes. Removal and replacement of any rotten or damaged timbers as highlighted in the wood rot report and roof surveys. Flat roofs to be replaced with a standing seam profile sheet roof which meets current Building Regulations. Lot 1: Direct Procurement via Procurement Hub Framework.
