** PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC TENDER COMPETITION - MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE ONLY** The Department of Finance (DOF) is preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a supplier(s) to provide agency workers to the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS), Agencies and Non Departmental Public Bodies when the current contract expires in January 2026. Prior to initiating the procurement, the DOF wishes to establish the current level of market interest and seek feedback on the draft specification through this preliminary market engagement exercise. The information gathered from this questionnaire will be used to inform any subsequent procurement.
