Homes in Sedgemoor is seeking a professional contractor for rainwater goods clearance and maintenance and solar panel cleaning services across its portfolio of approximately 4,200 homes. The contractor should utilise high-reach equipment for most tasks, eliminating the need for scaffolding and minimising durations of working at height. Any maintenance or remediation work should be limited to low-risk, short-duration tasks that can be safely performed using ladder access with appropriate risk mitigation measures.
