North Lanarkshire Council (the “Council”) propose to establish an Agreement with a single Contractor for Dry Riser Inspection, Service and Maintenance. Lot 1: This procurement is to secure a sole Contractor for Dry Riser Inspection, Service and Maintenance for properties within the North Lanarkshire geographical area. . Duration: The Agreement will be for an initial period of 36 months and is anticipated to commence on 2nd June 2025 until 1st June 2028. The Council reserves the sole right to extend the Agreement for a further 24 months, in two 12 month periods until 1st June 2029 or 1st June 2030 respectively. . Framework Value: The maximum budget for the Agreement is 100,000.00 GBP (excluding VAT). .
