Expression of Interest – Housing Management for Beaumont Rise Supported Living Service This Expression of Interest (EOI) event is linked to the UK2 Preliminary Market Engagement Notice published on 23 April 2025. The purpose of this EOI is to identify suppliers interested in delivering a housing management service at Beaumont Rise, a supported living scheme for adults with complex needs. The service will involve tenancy management, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and close partnership working with the on-site care and support provider. A market engagement event was held on 11 March 2025, where the Council shared early information about the service and invited feedback from potential providers. This EOI provides a further opportunity for suppliers to formally express interest and ensure they are notified of the upcoming tender opportunity. Please note: This is not a call for competition.
