Tender description

St Helens Council are seeking expressions of interest from family support providers, to deliver an 18-month specialist early prevention programme. The focus of the programme will be to support families who are at risk or have previously had children removed from their care. The provider will work with families prior to babies’ birth, providing intensive support to the parent and carer. The aim of this intervention would be to support some of our most vulnerable families, preventing further children from being removed from their parents’ care.
