Tender description

We are committed to supporting staff with Race Matters training by hosting training events from September 2025. With up to 100 delegates at each event. 8x half day in person Race Matters training dates 2x half day in person Religion Matters training dates The timing will be from 10 am – 2pm and held at Police HQ Portishead. Two more cohorts of the 6 months Influencer training programme (1 open and 1 for Chief Officers) 1 x Train the trainers day (after attending the influencers programme) 2 x Brave spaces sessions for influencer programme supporters . Face to face meeting to Provide opportunity to listen and share lived experiences , impacts of training and emotional support.
