Procurement of The Provision of Temporary Accommodation and Decant Services 2025-2028

Tender description

Wandle Housing Association wishes to invite Tender Responses for the supply of services in respect of the Provision of Temporary Accommodation and Decant Services. This activity is for the provision of services for tenant and occupants who require temporary accommodation whilst their substantive homes are undergoing repairs or for other emergency situations where the occupants can no longer remain in their home. WHA proposes to enter one contract for an initial period of 24 months with the preferred Supplier, with an option to extend for a further period of 12 months, making 36 months in total.
