Tender description

NHS North East London (NEL) Integrated Care Board (ICB), hereafter referred to as “the Authority” is seeking to commission the NEL 111 IUC Contract (“the Services”) via a Competitive Process in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The contract will start on 1st August 2026 and run for a period of 3 years until 31st July 2029, with two further extension options of up to 2 years (3+2+2) to 31st July 2031 and 31st July 2033 respectively. The Contract may be extended for the additional period(s) of 2 years, at the sole discretion of the Authority. The indicative annual value of the proposed contract is £21,748,000. making the indicative total value of the proposed contract £65,244,000 + £43,496,000 + £43,496,000 (7-year Total = £152,236,000) inclusive of VAT.
