The contract provides part-time press and media services for the Committee on Standards in Public Life (CSPL) through D F Press Limited. These services encompass 24/7 press and media communications advice, offering ongoing support on complex and high-profile ethical standards issues. In terms of media handling, the team will respond immediately to media inquiries and interview requests, providing guidance on statements that the Chair can make. Additionally, the services include the development and oversight of communication strategies in collaboration with the CSPL Secretariat. Social media management involves administering the CSPL's social media channels with daily monitoring and posting, while media opportunity identification focuses on finding relevant media opportunities for the Chair and the Committee's activities. Content creation responsibilities include drafting blogs and other communication materials, alongside operational notes and press releases as necessary. The team will also participate in monthly Committee meetings and related events, providing essential communications support and regular progress updates, ensuring that media strategies and issues are effectively discussed. Overall, these services aim to enhance the visibility and communication effectiveness of the CSPL's work.
