MARKET WARMING EVENT - THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION INTRODUCTION Bolton Council are in the process of considering the options for the future design and procurement of the Provision of a Drug and Alcohol Integrated Prevention, Treatment and Recovery Service for Adults (18yrs +). The current contract expires on 31 March 2026 therefore the council is currently making plans for a future contract. Many of you will know that previously we collaboratively commissioned the above type of service in partnership with Salford and Trafford. We are moving forward to procure a ‘Bolton Only’ service. We would like to hold an online Market Warming Event in May 2025 (further details below) to ensure viability of delivering across the lifetime of the contract, it is anticipated that the contract length will be a minimum of 4 years (plus 3). DETAILS OF MARKET WARMING EVENT Date: Tuesday 13th May 2025 Time: 10:30-11:30 Platform: Microsoft Teams The Market Warming Event will aim to give potential providers the opportunity to learn more about the scope, model and future vision of the service. There will also be an opportunity for questions at the end.
