General surgery provided by Nuffield Health - Chester, The Grosvenor Hospital Lot 1: THIS IS A CONTRACT MODIFICATION NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB has approved a modification to a contract that was awarded under the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
