Devon and Cornwall Police are conducting pre-market engagement to understand the supply base for maintenance and calibration of vehicle workshop equipment to The service is required to support Avon and Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire Police Forces, in addition to other blue light organisations who may express an interest to utilise this contract. The requirement is for the preventative maintenance, scheduled servicing and calibrations to include adhoc remedial repairs to existing assets for the Southwest Regional Forces Workshop locations and mobile service vehicles, to enable the optimum utilisation and maintenance of safe, effective and efficient vehicle fleets. The operator should be able to, as a minimum: 1. Travel around the region, managing and supporting all regional workshops with varying garage equipment. 2. Advise and uphold legal requirements and any changes in legislation, health and safety requirements. 3. Maintain records of asset lists, warranties and certifications 4.
