Tender description
Age Related Macular Degeneration Services for Cheshire East, Cheshire West and NHS Derby & Derbyshire ICB patients. Lot 1: NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB have approved a modification to a contract that was awarded under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The existing contract to deliver Age Related Macular Degeneration Services across Cheshire East, Cheshire West and NHS Derby & Derbyshire ICB was placed on 1st April 2023 and expired on 31st March 2025. This modification takes up the Contractual Option to Extend within the original contract and adds an additional one year to the contract term. As a result the modified expiry date is 31st March 2026. The original contract was a zero based contract, however, the indicative annual spend of £2,545,524 has been included here.
