Tender description

Services to support the development of the updated Outline Business Case for A9 Dualling Programme. Lot 1: Services to support the development of the value for money assessment for the Outline Business Case for the A9 Dualling Programme. The services are expected to include: -review of the Strategic and Socio-Economic Cases within the November 2023 Outline Business Case; -making updates, as necessary, to the value for money calculation associated with both cases; -modelling of current cost estimates against the quantifiable and unquantifiable benefits of the Programme; and -other ad-hoc advice to support the completion of the Strategic and Socio-Economic cases of the Outline Business Case.
