Also, if you are unable to complete an Expression of interest, this is likely to be due to this having already been registered e.g., via the previous PME notification (an individual contact/Workgroup cannot complete more than once). ESPO invites Tenders for an ESPO catalogue framework for the supply and delivery of office, leisure, and residential furniture, including operator chairs, desks, storage, meeting room furniture, screens, break out furniture, steel storage, living, eating, sleeping and specialist furniture, for delivery direct to individual customer establishments. The Framework is divided into 7 lots: Lot 1. Smart Buy Office Furniture Lot 2. Office Furniture Standard Ranges Lot 3. Break-out Furniture Lot 4. Steel Storage Lot 5. Smart Buy Leisure and Residential Furniture Lot 6. Living, Eating and Sleeping Furniture Lot 7. Beds and Mattresses Once the initial period of the contract has ended (i.e., 31 March 2028), there is an option to extend the framework by up to a further 24 months. This is dependent on ESPO, ESPO Customers, and market needs, as well as the performance of sales. The total estimated value stated includes the option to extend the framework as noted above. Please ensure that you access the ITT Event / Activity (Activity summary screen) for the tender documents once an Expression of interest ('register interest’) has been completed.
