Re-Pointing and Roofing Remedial Works to 10 Properties - Lerwick, Shetland

Shetland Islands Council propose to carry out re-pointing and roofing remedial works to 10 properties in Lerwick, Shetland. The works will be split into 2 contracts as follows:- Contract 1 – Ronald Street, Lerwick No's 8, 19, 20, 24 & 26; Contract 2 – Union Street, Lerwick No's 1 & 2 and St Olaf Street, Lerwick No’s 89 and 99-101. It is proposed that works for the contracts will commence on site from June onwards and each contract will be between 10 to 12 weeks long. Businesses must express an interest in the contracts they wish to be considered for. Lot 1: Contract 1 - Ronald Street, Lerwick No's 8, 19, 20, 24 & 26 Carry out re-pointing and roofing remedial works. Lot 2: Contract 2 - Union Street, Lerwick No's 1 & 2 and St Olaf Street, Lerwick No's 89 and 99-101 Carry out re-pointing and roofing remedial works.
