Provision of Residual and Non-Residual Herbicides

Tender description

Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish a framework for the Supply of Non Residual and Residual Herbicide and associated application equipment. This will be a sole supplier framework. When it becomes necessary to call off from the framework the council will raise a purchase order. The successful contractor shall charge/apply the rates quoted in the pricing schedule and where applicable, will provide costs for additional equipment/support not quoted for in the pricing schedule. There will be no obligation for the Council to place any Order or Orders under this Framework Agreement during its Term.
