Tender description

The University wishes to enter into a Managed Print Services contract where the Supplier assumes full responsibility and risk for a fully managed print service for approximately 24000 users spread over a number of locations. The University is willing to consider either a cloud or on-premises option for the management of the print solution. The University would expect maintenance and toner costs are included as part of the cost per click. The Supplier shall be responsible for all facets of the management of the print service to include but not limited to installation, support, service-metering, supplies, billing, equipment moves, and removals.
