Tender description

The Trust is exploring different operating models to continue providing quality haemodialysis services. The options include: • Managed equipment services only • Partial: Provision of building, plant, services, hard and soft FM, and consumables (devices, etc.). • Full: Provision of building, plant, services, hard and soft FM, consumables (devices, etc.), and workforce The Trust requires providers to comply with its IT systems and relevant clinical and operational policies. Existing arrangements with suppliers of consumables and patient transport contracts are out of scope. The Trust is seeking through preliminary market engagement to understand the operating and business model, including contract length, break clause periods, financial models (cost per treatment, minimum activity thresholds), and other requirements from the Independent Sector providers.
