Reroofing of Traditional Farm Buildings - these buildings are of brick and tile construction and the original tiled roof covered is deteriorating and starting to fail and allow water ingress. The buildings house the milking parlour and the dairy and are therefore integral to the efficient operation of this Starter dairy farm. The works include the lifting of the existing roof covering and replacement of woodwork to the roof structure, the re-covering of the roof and the fitting of replacement rain-water goods as required. The works are to be carried out under the supervision of an approved ecologist to ensure that the existing population of Long eared brown bats is not unduly disturbed or inconvenienced.
