Tender description

The proposed scope of works relates to enabling works necessary to facilitate the future construction of the new Emergency Department at Portiuncula University Hospital, Ballinasloe which will be undertaken as part of a separate Main Contractor procurement process. The Main Contract works scope to be tendered separately will also include upgrade works within the existing ED facilities to augment and support the enhanced facilities within the new extension. The Enabling Works include relocation, diversion and removal of existing drainage and services infrastructure and associated works to facilitate the proposed new construction and upgrade works together with other facilitation works scope required to support the expansion of the existing ED facilities.
