Tender description

To arrange for CIPFA to review the existing Finance structure and the composition of the teams to inform the most appropriate portfolio of competencies for each level/role type. CIPFA will then run their Competency Model across Finance, produce a series of results and hold workshops with staff and managers. Having completed the work on the Competency Model, to have the option for CIPFA will run a separate series of workshops to inform the development of a Finance Service Offer. ## Contract award
