This service provides early intervention support for adults who are experiencing mental health problems. Together a wellbeing plan is developed, and help is given to put this into action by sharing links with local organisations and opportunities along the way. The existing provider is satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard. This is a short term contract for six months from 1st April 2025 to 30th September 2025 whilst the current procurement concludes. The existing provider is satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard.
