The Works comprises the refurbishment and extension of the existing three/four-storey former Mallow Town Hall and Theatre using traditional construction methods and adopting, where possible, best conservation practice in terms of the refurbishment works together with modern commercial construction methods in terms of the construction of the extensions together with all new Mechanical, Electrical, Lift Services and Theatre Light and Sound Installations and minor External Works.
