Tender description

The Council is seeking to identify a Supplier(s) to provide furnished accommodation for 9 young adults, which will be split across districts, close to good transport links. The service will be split into the following lots, enabling Suppliers to bid for one or more lots: a. Lot 1 – Worcester City, b. Lot 2 – Redditch, c. Lot 3 – Bromsgrove. If it is not possible to identify suitable accommodation within the above 3 lots, a fourth Lot (d) for Kidderminster may be considered, or alternatively, more than one property may be considered in one of the other locations If you wish to view the documents for this opportunity please click 'Express Interest'.
