Rowstock Area Transport Study

Tender description

This commission is to produce an Option Assessment Report (OAR), which will look at connectivity improvements in the Rowstock area to facilitate significant housing and employment growth across the Vale of White Horse and South Oxfordshire district councils by providing improvements to public transport and active travel. The OAR shall encompass steps 1 to 12 of stages 1 and 2 of the WebTAG guidance on the Transport Appraisal Process. The first task is to review the already produced draft OAR, which is to be used as the basis for this project, then reappraise a sifted long-list of options against objectives derived from OCC's Local Transport and Connectivity Plan (LTCP).
