RAD157 – RADIUS HOUSING MAJOR DISABLED ADAPTATIONS TENDERS 2025 / 2026

Tender description

Radius Housing wishes to appoint a select list of (up to 10) contractors to undertake major adaptation works. The select list is valid for 12 months. Individual tender competitions will run for the below 21 adaptations with only successful shortlisted suppliers from this competition invited to tender. The tenderer validity period is 6 months from date of tender submission. Tenders are to remain open for acceptance for the duration of this period. The proposed select list will incorporate 21 major adaptations at a total cost of approx. £1.5M. The Procurement method to be utilised is Competitive Flexible Procedure as set out at Regulation 20(2(b)) of The Procurement Act 2023 (the Act or PA23).
