Tender description

A Direct Award after benchmarking exercise was carried out between the Scottish Government VAR Framework with Computacenter (Single Supplier Framework) (Contract Ref: SP-21-034) and the HealthTrust Europe Enterprise Level Information Communication Technology (ICT) Solutions 2023 Digital Technology Framework Agreement (ComIT 3 – Complete IT 3). Lot 1: The Scottish Police Authority (hereafter referred to as “the Authority”) for the benefit of Police Scotland was required to appoint a contractor for the renewal of 19 x XRY Physical and Logical Software Licences, for Digital Forensics. A Direct Award after benchmarking exercise between the Scottish Government VAR Framework with Computacenter (Single Supplier Framework) (Contract Ref: SP-21-034) and the HealthTrust Europe Enterprise Level Information Communication Technology (ICT) Solutions 2023 Digital Technology Framework Agreement (ComIT 3 – Complete IT 3). The most competitive quote was received from Softcat Plc via the HealthTrust Europe Enterprise Level Information Communication Technology (ICT) Solutions 2023 Digital Technology Framework Agreement (ComIT 3 – Complete IT 3), and awarded on that basis.
