Fitout Works at Bansha Garda Station, Co Tipperary

Tender description

It is proposed to carry out fitout works at the vacant former Offical Accommodation attached to Bansha Garda Station, Barrack Street, Bansha, Co Tipperary, E34 PC80. The former residential accommodation occupies part of the ground floor and all of the first floor of the building. The fitout will convert this vacant area for operational use by An Garda Síochána, with provision of four offices on the first floor, and a meeting room, new kitchen/canteen area, locker room and sanitary facilities on the ground floor. Works to include: • Removal and replacing of existing partitions, floor, wall and ceiling finishes • Upgrade of mechanical and electrical installations • Installation of new kitchen, sanitary facilities • Refurbishment/upgrade of existing staircase • New raised floor system with insulation in attic space • Fire safety upgrades and all other associated works Approximate relevant floor area 140m2. The building comprising Bansha GS and former Official Accommodation is a protected structure (RPS S476).
