River Clyde Homes require to procure the services of four experienced and competent companies to work with us as partners to attract ECO 4 funding and carry out the improvement works. Lot 1: River Clyde Homes require to procure the services of four experienced and competent companies to work with us as partners to attract ECO 4 funding and carry out the necessary improvement works. We plan to have a framework of contractors to survey properties, submit applications to energy companies for ECO 4 funding and carry out the required qualifying measures in homes that meet the qualifying criteria. ECO 4 grants can cover measures such as loft or roof insulation and cavity wall insulation, along with energy-efficient measures to reduce heating costs. RCH are located in Inverclyde which has a significant share of the most deprived areas in Scotland. We have a significant number of properties with EPC ratings D,E,F, and G This will be a ‘no cost’ contract for suitably registered installers to work with us as partners to attract ECO 4 funding. All monies paid to the contractors will come from the ECO 4 funding, not from River Clyde Homes.
