Digital Dictation System Renewal

Tender description

Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) have awarded a contract for the renewal of their Digital Dictation System Licences which includes two (2) modules the T-Pro Dictate and T-Pro Speech utilised across the Health Board. The requirement provides the Health Board with front and back-end speech recognition alongside digital dictation with workflow management, analytics and end to end system management. HDUHB currently have 1,784 active licences: 836 relate to Dictate, and 566 to Speech.The NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) Digital Dictation, Speech Recognition and Outsourced Transcription Framework agreement (SBS/20/SM/WCC/9423) is compliant with UK/EU procurement legislation and provides a provides a compliant route to source a wide range of technology solutions to meet the evolving needs of the NHS for digital dictation, speech recognition and outsourced transcription services.
