Demolition of the existing building, known as Llys Ifor, fronting on to Crescent Road, Caerphilly. Full demolition of the existing building and grubbing up of all existing ground obstructions and foundations, leaving the site level and safe.Provision of timber hoarding to the full perimeter of the site, with double access gates to a location to be agreed to allow access for the following construction works.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
