Provision of Confidential Staff Liaison and Freedom To Speak Up Services. The provider will be required to deliver the service to all locations for Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust – including prison locations in the Southwest, Kent and London as well as other Trust sites in London and Kent. The provider will need to cover any additional locations that Oxleas acquire throughout the duration of the contract. The expectation is that 100 cases will be opened in any one year with each case having the potential for numerous contacts during the life of the cases until closure. The provider’s service delivery model must include the opportunity to have contact 24 hrs per day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year to all Oxleas Trust employees via multiple mediums including: • Via Telephone • Via Email • Via Microsoft Teams or equivalent • Face to Face
