Tender description

Scottish Government (SG) is seeking to contract with a suitably qualified advisor from the CCS Estate Management Framework (RM6168) to undertake a detailed options appraisal and HM Treasury compliant business cases to inform a preferred estate solution for its consolidated Glasgow office requirement. The advisor will also be required to negotiate best commercial terms with the landlord/landlords to drive value for money for the public purse and support the conclusion of the legal acquisition documentation.
