Tender description

Louth County Council is seeking tender submissions for the provision of specific CCTV services for the purposes of prevention, detection and prosecution under the Litter Pollution Acts, Waste Management Acts as amended and the Circular Economy and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. The CCTV monitoring will be undertaken as determined by Louth County Council at various locations within the county. It will not be on a continuous basis and there will be breaks in provision of CCTV services at times. Please note that this project is subject to funding on an annual basis.
