Provision of Translation and Interpretation Services

Tender description

Blackpool Council is looking for a single service provider to deliver a seamless, end-to-end service, offering advisory and administrative support. This support should be available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. They will be required to provide the following services: • Face to face Interpretation Services - spoken • Face to face interpretation services – non-spoken • Telephone and Video interpretation services – spoken • Video interpretation services – non-spoken • Translation services (technical/non-technical, pence per word) • Translation services • Translation and Transcription Additional Services (e.g. Braille) In addition to the services listed above, Blackpool Council may require other services, such as—but not limited to—analytical services, consultancy advice, and support. It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 1st June 2025 to 31st May 2027, with the option to extend incrementally for a period of 1 + 1 years (subject to contract review and budget availability).
