East Renfrewshire Council is inviting tenders, from suitably qualified companies for the provision of the provision of annual servicing, maintenance and repairs to domestic low temperature hot water heating installations and gas appliances within properties owned by the Council, including communal boilers in shelter housing complexes. (Planned annual servicing programme, repairs if required during service. Also reactive repairs on 24hour call out for breakdowns).
