NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit (MLCSU) is working on behalf of NHS Cheshire & Merseyside Integrated Care Board who are the Contracting Authority for this opportunity. The Authority was looking for providers to deliver an Intermediate Care Beds Service to patients in the Southport & Formby area of Sefton Place. The Authority was looking to commission up to 35 beds to be located in the Southport & Formby area of Sefton Place and ideally on one site. Lot 1: NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit (MLCSU) is working on behalf of NHS Cheshire & Merseyside Integrated Care Board who are the Contracting Authority for this opportunity. The procurement took place during 2023-24 under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The potential contract is valued at approximately £2,200,000 per year; and the contract duration will be for 3 years from 1st April 2024 with the potential to extend for a further two year period; giving a total contract value of £11,000,000.
