The following Request for Information (RFI) (attached below ) seeks feedback and information from the market on headworn protection. This RFI is for information purposes only and carries with it no intent to create any legal obligation(s). All information provided are ‘subject to contract'. It is the Authority’s intent to compete any anticipated contract. This document sets out key information, including; a summary of requirements, anticipated procurement process and contract form. The UK Ministry of Defence (UK MoD) request any responses to this RFI no later than 9th May 2025, you may return responses before this date. The anticipated procurement process is a Competitive Flexible procedure under the new Procurement Act 2023. The Contract form is likely to take the shape of a Standardised Contracting Template. However, the RFI will influence these statements.
