FTS 041 Landscaping Services - Moray

THIS IS AN AWARD OF CONTRACT NOTICE - HIE requires a suitable qualified and experienced supplier to provide hard and soft landscaping and winter maintenance services at: Horizon Scotland (Business Centre), The Apex (HIE's Moray office), Strathcona House, Unit 9 (shortly to open as the Manufacturing Innovation Centre), the common areas of the Enterprise Park Forres. Services will include grass and shrub cutting, weed removal, car park maintenance and winter gritting/snow clearance. It is expected that these services will be required from 1st May 2025 for an initial period of 3 years with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 1 year following the Initial Term. The initial 3-year budget available to deliver the services is between GBP195,000 and GBP222,500 (excluding VAT). It is expected that these services will be required from 01 May 2025 for an initial period of 3 years with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods not exceeding 12 months following the Initial Term. The initial 3-year budget available to deliver the services is between GBP195,000 and GBP222,500 (excluding VAT).. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
