Tender description

The FCA is establishing a framework for the provision of legal services for a four-year period, to take effect from April 2025.<br/>The Framework will consist of two Lots: <br/>Lot 1 – Public Sector Law<br/>Lot 2 – Corporate & Commercial Legal Services Lot 2: Corporate and Commercial Legal Services Lot 2 covers the FCA's Corporate and Commercial Legal Services requirements as follows: <br/>Corporate and Commercial<br/>Corporate Governance & Responsibility<br/>Dispute Resolution / Litigation<br/>Employment / Health & Safety <br/>Environmental<br/>Information Technology (including Artificial Intelligence (AI)), Data & Cyber<br/>Intellectual Property & Media<br/>Pensions<br/>Real Estates & Facilities<br/>Tax & Accounting. Additional information: Please note the values provided in Section V Award of Contract is the total estimated value of the Lot.
