Tender description

The Family Wellness Support service is a targeted healthy weight initiative providing 12 weeks of at-home support to vulnerable families in Slough with children up to five years old living with excess weight. Parents, carers, and families receive a weekly two-hour visit from a trained volunteer who offers one-on-one, personalised coaching on parenting, cooking, nutrition, physical activity, mental health, self-care, and budgeting, among other topics Lot 1: • The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the Procurement Act 2023 Explanation: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulation 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight on Wednesday 23rd April 2025. The contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice service as an intention to award under PSR.
