Tender description

g Partial demolition of the existing internal wall and removal of all sanitary ware and a selection of existing pipe work. New 60min Fire Rated Shaft Wall to be installed along the changing room wall perimeter. Two new un-sex toilets to be installed with access from the existing corridor. Widening of existing doors and creation of a new door opening.
